Indian chief statue.

Indian Statue

This Indian can be found outside the Navajo Travel Plaza.

[Joe Boulter, 10/01/2007]

We're betting this is the same statue reported in 2002, about 1/3 of a mile further east on Rt. 66. Not a Muffler Man, but we've seen that fiberglass rendering of an Indian chief from coast-to-coast. It's probably at least 25 years old.

Gallup Indian.

Giant Wooden Indian

This Giant Wooden Indian sits on Route 66 in Gallup, NM at the Galanis Trading Co. Now that's a big freakin' Indian!
