The Grave of Chicken Fried Steak is funny, and a cool spot.
[A.Cook, 04/24/2020]
Long ago (circa 1985) the Taste of Texas restaurant decided to quit selling chicken fried steak -- a Texas staple -- and evolved into a premium steakhouse specializing in Angus beef. So many patrons kept asking about what happened to the chicken fried steak, that the restaurant installed a tombstone outside its entrance to stop the questions.
