Built in the 1920s as a luncheonette, then fell into disrepair. Now it's a civic symbol restored to its Jazz Age glory.

So happy to finally get by The Coffee Pot, been on my list for a while. Enjoyed reading the history of the building, but still wish it were a true coffee shop -- could have used a coffee. It is about 3.5 miles off the interstate. It is peeling and needs to be sanded and repainted, but very cool still.

The Coffee Pot needs a new paint job, but it's cool to see yet another roadside attraction.

Very excited to finally see the giant coffee pot and it did not disappoint! The door was locked, and the inside looked abandoned. No museum. No gift shop. But very impressive.
Areas of the cladding material are beginning to deteriorate. Hopefully not a sign of long-term neglect.

I got to see the Coffee Pot at early evening. It was awesome to me, but I appreciate the history of our country. This was something fairly close to home that I never knew about. I would recommend going a little out of your way to see it. It is unique!
