We found Archie by accident while looking for the Meredith Post Office. Archie is in a nice setting sitting on a bench that allows one to take a selfie. Be sure to bring a tripod if you want to include him in a family portrait! A plaque near Archie talks about the cartoonist who brought Archie to life.
