- Southwest of the city. I-35 exit 231. Drive west on US Hwy 290 for 14 miles. Turn left at the stoplight onto Nutty Brown Rd. Drive four miles. When the road ends, turn right at the stoplight onto FM-1826. Drive a half-mile. Turn left at the gate onto the Temple grounds.
