The teeter totter is functional. We walked across it. A volunteer assists visitors and closes a gate so you can walk across (and teeter it) and back. There was a sign for the official record attempt coming September 2019.

Construction has been completed on the teeter totter. It's possible to walk on top of it as it has rails around the sides. It's anchored on one end so visitors cannot actually tip it. There is beautiful landscaping around the attraction.

World's Largest Teeter Totter, currently under construction. There have been eight previous attempts to build a winner. I hope it will be functional.
