Steel Wheel Man, made from 22 steel wheels, some chain, and metal plate. He is painted white with a red metal hand that points east. He is holding a chain lariat. He has a white Smiley-Face-type head. He looks like he may be a work in progress, as the hand used to be white and the lariat had a sign in it. He is 20 to 25 feet tall.
