The Mound.

The Mound?

We came across this site while boondocking. We can't find any information on its purpose or instigators. There is a center quartz mound located inside a rock-lined keyhole pattern, and religious statues are in the corners in a squared off area. It is a deliberate construction, tidy and precise. I assume it is a memorial, but there is no ID. It is visible on Google Earth, where it is labeled "The Mound." I would like to know more.

It vaguely resembles, at least in style, the "Arm of God" sundial at Felicity. This appears to be on Felicity land, so it may be another of Jacques-Andre Istel's mysterious projects.
