We came across this site while boondocking. We can't find any information on its purpose or instigators. There is a center quartz mound located inside a rock-lined keyhole pattern, and religious statues are in the corners in a squared off area. It is a deliberate construction, tidy and precise. I assume it is a memorial, but there is no ID. It is visible on Google Earth, where it is labeled "The Mound." I would like to know more.
