Do not miss the full Declaration of Independence, United Stares Constitution and Bill of Rights encased on the same grounds as the brick sculpture.

Definitely a blink and you'll miss it kind-of-sight, this is one of four panels on a pleasantly out-of-place art installation at a county building. They surround a little brick plaza with benches and (what might have once been) a fountain in the middle. Not what I was expecting, but not disappointing either.
