This is the apartment building used for the exterior shots on the TV series Friends (1994-2004). When we were there it was fun to visit with other Friends fans from around the country. Everyone was taking pictures right out in the middle of the street. Be careful!
One small disappointment: the show's "Central Perk" coffee shop on the ground floor doesn't exist, although there is a restaurant there named the Little Owl.
