[Mike Kojis, 06/17/2019]Da Crusher (1926-2005) claimed that he trained by carrying full kegs of beer on his shoulders. In 1965 a Minneapolis garage band, The Novas, had a hit dance record imitating Da Crusher's menacing voice. South Milwaukee loved him.
