Spike Cooper (1945-2020) built a small Wild West town in the Michigan woods, with a brothel, a Boot Hill, a saloon that served real whiskey and beer, and a gallows where you can pretend to hang yourself. There are lots of images of John Wayne.

- From Grayling, drive east on MI-72 for 6.5 miles. Turn left at the Stephens Bridge Party Store onto Stephens Bridge Rd. Drive two miles. Turn right onto North Down River Rd. Drive 2.5 miles. At the four-way stop turn left and follow that road, through several twists and turns, for 10 miles. Turn left onto Fire Tower Rd. Drive one mile; Coopers Ville will be on the left.
