Spite house for a new age -- painted pink, with mocking, cross-eyed, long-eyelash emojis, seemed to punish neighbors in surrounding, dull painted dwellings who ratted out the duplex's short-term rental code violation.

El Porto neighborhood, on 39th St off Highland. Private residences; be quiet and respectful.

The hot pink paint and emojis are gone!

The homeowner, who had turned the house into an Airbnb rental, painted the emojis to taunt her neighbors, who she said had been harassing her. The house now has a new owner and a new coat of normal paint.

A perfect example of stupid. Perhaps the new benchmark of stupid. Hurry! It's bound to be removed by the hoard of adjacent angry homeowners.
