Artist Catie Newell spent two years turning an old barn with open slats into an eerie art-barn that glows from within at night, as if filled with possessed livestock. The glowing barn is supposed to encourage people to drive all the way out to this forgotten part of Michigan. At night.

- Directions:
- I-75 exit 162A. Drive east on MI-25 for 46 miles, past Bay Port. Turn right onto Filion Rd. Drive 11 miles. Turn left onto N. Pinnebog Rd. Drive three miles. At the stop sign, turn left onto W. Kinde Rd, then quickly turn right, toward Oak Beach, onto onto N. Pinnebog Rd. Drive a half-mile. The barn will be on the left, set back a little from the road.

We were not able to get there at night because it was raining, but it is cool in daylight. It is one of three art installations created on barns as part of the 53North Art Barn project.
