No Country For Old Men: Filming Locations

You can stay at the Regal Inn, which was the Del Rio Motel in the movie. The scene where Josh Brolin goes into the Motel room and hides the money in the air conditioning shaft. Or You can stay in Las Vegas's historic Plaza Hotel (the Eagle Pass Hotel in the movie), where Moss (Josh Brolin) discovers the transponder that's allowing the cold-blooded hitman Anton Chigurh (Javier Bardem) to track him. He narrowly escapes the relentless killer, but bounty hunter Carson Wells (Woody Harrelson) isn't so lucky.

The Plaza Hotel was also scene of a shootout and slaughter in John Carpenter's "Vampires" (1998) as well as appearing briefly in a series of 1920s Tom Mix silent films and the road trip flick "Easy Rider" (1969).
