12 feet high and 30 feet long. Seems to undulate in and out of the grass. Appeared on Sep. 15, 2019; made of scrap metal by local welder Keith Williams.

Just off the side of the main thoroughfare in Lakeland, a mighty beast erupts from the ground next to a suburban dwelling. It's a massive sea serpent/dragon made out of scrap metal!
