Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania: Giant Slide in the Woods
Although "Mammoth Park" sounds like a theme park, it's just a regular, wooded park that happens to have a giant slide down a hillside. The slide was upgraded to two 100-foot-long metal slides in 2019.

- Directions:
- Mammoth Park. From Mount Pleasant drive east on PA-31 for three miles. Turn left at the stoplight onto PA-932. Follow 982 north, through several twists and turns, for a little over five miles. Turn left onto County Park Rd at the brown Mammoth Park sign.

The original slide seen in this photo was 96 feet long. It was built in 1973, closed in 2018, and is currently being rebuilt. It should reopen in Spring 2020.
