- East of The Strip. In the median of the Pecos-McLeod Interconnect, just north of its intersection with E. Emerson Ave. and the Pecos-McLeod Trailhead. Turn east onto E. Emerson Ave., then left into the Flamingo Arroyo Court cul-de-sac. The sculpture is in the median of a busy highway, so be careful if you want to get up close.
