East of The Strip. In the median of the Pecos-McLeod Interconnect, just north of its intersection with E. Emerson Ave. and the Pecos-McLeod Trailhead. Turn east onto E. Emerson Ave., then left into the Flamingo Arroyo Court cul-de-sac. The sculpture is in the median of a busy highway, so be careful if you want to get up close.

Although it looks like something that broke down on its way home from Burning Man, "OctoSteam" by Adolfo Gonzalez was specifically built for its spot in the median of a Las Vegas highway. It's 30 feet long, made out of old car parts and farm junk, and is supposed to be a combination octopus and Victorian time machine.
