Water Tower Honors World's Oldest Traffic Light
Ashville claims to be the home of the world's oldest traffic light, which is on display in the Small Town Museum in the center of town. The town is very proud of this distinction. In addition to the actual traffic light at the museum, the city water tower is illustrated with an image of the traffic light.
