Big Pheasant Made of Railroad Spikes

It's actually just over 1,900 railroad spikes, around 400 big railroad square nuts, lawn mower blades, and transmission parts. It weighs around a ton. It took around a month to assemble. I'm glad to see that my piece is getting a bit of attention. Thanks! - artist Keith Booth

Big Pheasant Made of Railroad Spikes

Well done piece of pop art. Super easy to find off I-90. Drive right up to it parking.

It's an unusual tribute -- not to the abundant area pheasants, but to the hunters who shoot them. The scrap metal pheasant was created in 2019.
