Electrocuted Cows

A random roadside sculpture, beneath a power line tower, of cows being tangled/electrocuted. No explanation.

The fiberglass cows are in various positions, not all made from the same mold. A few are leaping, and one's a downer. Open to interpretation. It's weird art.
