This park is a Nature Conservancy property. Going there at close to high tide would be the best. We went at a low-ish tide. No action. It's a bit of a walk to get to the blowing rocks (called Coquina Rock). Has to be accessed before 4 pm. They close the parking area afterward, in the current climate of covid, I assume.
