What's up with you guys not mentioning the lovely German town of Frankenmuth, Michigan? I've been there tons of times over my lifetime and I can't think of a nicer place to spend a Midwest weekend or even week at. The Bronner's Christmas Store, the Zender's Restaurants and the Bavarian Inn are all historic sites in MI and well worth mentioning.
