"Baby Rocks Mesa" is named for its eroded walls that resemble clinging babies, at least to whoever coined the name. Conveniently next to the highway, with its own dirt parking area.

I wasn't able to find anything that looked like a parking area but there were several side roads you could pull off onto that have adequate space to park without blocking the road. Rocks clearly marked with signs; you definitely will not miss them!
