Artifacts from the Revolutionary War to Afghanistan displayed in a WWII quonset hut. Outdoors, next to the highway, a giant LARC-LX amphibious transport has been painted to resemble an open mouth shark or alligator.

The Military Museum of North Florida is a small museum with some neat outdoor displays, one of which is a massive amphibious landing craft that can hold 200 tons.
The museum has limited hours but the other pieces can be viewed any time.
[daniel bernard, 12/28/2019]The LARC-LX (Lighter, Amphibious Resupply, Cargo) weighs 60 tons and is 26 feet wide. The loading ramp has been left down, and a toothy shark (or alligator) face is painted on the LARC to mimic open jaws.
