"Judy's Hand Pavilion," is a 25-foot-high version of the sculptor's wife's hand. Doubles as an outdoor shelter in bad weather, if you don't mind lingering under what looks like a giant, severed, crawling appendage.

Although it evokes Thing from the Addams Family, or the 1963 horror film "The Crawling Hand," this is an artistic public shelter, 25 feet high and 10 feet wide. It's a cast of the hand of Judy Ledgerwood, wife of Tony Tasset, also known for making a giant eyeball.
