A live palm tree grows out of a live oak tree. Couples that kiss beneath the tree will supposedly stay together forever. There's a more famous Love Tree in the tourist district, but this one looks better.

Love Tree
We visited the Love Tree on the night we got into town. It is not on a busy street -- kind of in an alleyway. We had not seen a palm growing from in an oak before; quite unusual. We used a flashlight to get a better picture.
[EC, 11/07/2021]Bridge Street is a narrow, one-way road. There is a small pull-out big enough for two or three cars just before the tree.
