Multiple plaques along the walkway, with practical tips ("Get a good doctor"), culminating with a beautiful, immersive sculpture. I imagine a survivor would enjoy a photo op emerging from the squares (which represent treatment). The miniature bridges surround the park. Park on Broad Street.
