The World's Largest Sugar Beet -- A pleasant surprise in the middle of farm country.

Last year the Halstad Business League installed the world's largest sugar beet, and my partner and I stumbled upon it today. Apparently it's so new that it hasn't made it to the city's website yet! As a fan of World's Largests, this one is recommended.
