An old school bus sits beside the highway, painted to resemble a cartoony, toothy alligator. It's a directional sign for a nearby gator park, but also a worthy attraction all its own.

Directions:
I-49 exit 148. Drive east/north on LA-485 for six miles. At the stop sign, turn right onto LA-1. Drive three miles. Turn left onto Bayou Pierre Cutoff Rd/Old Bayou Pierre Rd, and you'll see the bus there, on the grass between the road and the highway.
