Doggie Diner head.

Doggie Diner Dog Head

It's the mascot from a chain of long-gone diners in northern California.

[Donald Burns, 05/15/2020]

The Doggie Diner head has been parked in a fenced-in lot since 2018. A sign on the adjacent building advertises the Doggie Diner, but is just another relic; there's no diner here.
