It appears that ivy has grown all over the plane. It does look nice, but it takes away the drama of the idea of the aircraft crashed into the ground.

The airplane has the home's street number on its tail, making it useful as well as decorative. It vaguely resembles the Spirit of St. Louis, which Charles Lindbergh landed (without crashing) in Moundsville for a brief visit on August 4, 1927.
