Giant Santa at Busler's Truck Stop. 32 feet high and 14 feet wide. There was a big debate years ago about who owned the big guy...the city or the zoo. Neither of them wanted it, so Busler's offered to take him at least 20 years ago, and here he stands.

The Giant Santa statue has stood at the Busler Truck Stop plaza just north of Evansville on Hwy. 41 at I-64 for as long as I can remember. The statue is at least 30-40 feet tall and very hokey. Definitely a little piece of quirky Americana. No one I know can explain why he's there...he just is -- waving at the traffic.
