The only grizzly bear research center of its kind in the USA. During warm weather months the bears can be seen right along the edges of the parking lot, just off the road. Visitors are welcome.

- WSU Bear Center. East edge of the city. From WA-270/E. Main St./Pullman Moscow Hwy turn north at the stoplight onto Terre View Drive. Drive a half-mile. You'll see a red brick building on the left; the parking lot is just beyond it.

During the warm weather months the bears can be seen foraging or playing in the exercise yard, splashing in their pool, or lounging in their outside runs right along the edges of the parking lot, just off the road. Visitors are welcome.
