An oil derrick picnic area features tables and benches beneath novelty derrick frames. It has a handicap-accessible table with a small ramp through the grass. No bathrooms.
The grass was very tall, and the instant I set one foot on it I was covered in red ants! I just hopped out to snap a photo, and I'm so glad I didn't have my kids or dog get out because they would have been eaten alive.
