Two Sailors and a Boat

Two long-standing, tall wooden sailors stand next to a small boat on a street corner in Port Arkansas. Both figures were damaged by Hurricane Harvey in 2017. There are footprints on the sidewalk, suggesting where to stand to take a photo.
