Webbers Falls, Oklahoma: Bridge Collapse Memorial
Memorializes the 2002 collapse of a nearby I-40 bridge, which killed 14 people. The sculpture features a young girl standing on a collapsing girder, reaching for a dove.

- I-40 exit 287. Drive north on OK-100 for about two miles. Turn right (no stop sign) onto E1040/Weatherly Drive. Go a little over a mile. When the road ends at the river, jog right, then left, onto Commercial St., which becomes Park Rd. You'll see the monument ahead, on the right.

Bridge Tragedy Memorial
On May 26, 2002, a barge struck the I-40 bridge at Webbers Falls, and a 600-foot span fell into the river. Fourteen people lost their lives and are memorialized with a monument that sits in the shadow of the repaired bridge. You are able to drive up and park next to the monument.
