Not a real hotel, but a museum housing nearly 70 of the town's "BearFest" community art bear statues from September through May. Also here, year-round, are elaborate themed exhibits, called "magical wonderlands."

It's a museum of painted bears and exhibits to display them in. When I went there, the bears were arranged in an alien exhibit. There is always a Christmas section. My siblings and I individually thought we dreamed this place up until we talked to each other about it years later.
