Vegas has an arch! The maybe-completed span covers Las Vegas Boulevard next to the Stratosphere tower. It underlines the fact that when you pass the Strat you are no longer in Vegas! Everything south of it, MGM, Caesars, etc., are all in Paradise, Nevada, not Vegas. I'm a local and there are occasional small town political dust-ups over that fact.
