King Orry of Kewish Concrete

As described by other tipsters, King Orry stands in the shadow of Galva's water tower, near the town's railroad tracks. He provided me shade while I was visiting my home town!

Carpet Viking

For decades this Carpet Viking stood in several locations in Little Rock, Arkansas. Then he lay in storage for a couple decades more. In November 2021 he was purchased by the owner of a concrete company in Galva. American Giants restored the Viking and set him up in Galva in April 2022.

[Bryan Grondfeldt, 05/07/2022]

According to our information, it's the first time this particular Viking has stood in the open air since 1998.

Carpet Giant

Not sure if it is still there since 1998, but there was a Viking-style muffler man on Cantrell Road -- I think he had a sign or something that said Carpet Giant. He was moved to the area outside the Little Rock zoo. I've moved from Little Rock, so I'm not sure if he's still there.

Carpet Viking

Since reporting the service man and the carpet viking in Arkansas to you, BOTH have disappeared. The carpet viking was bought by somebody from Illinois, and the guy who sold the service man wouldn't tell me who bought it. Along with the carpet viking, a batch of fiberglass animals (lion, dinosaur, bear) acquired from the Heritage USA theme park were also dispersed.
