Saw one small plane land. Nice view from the tank.

[Patsy Lewis, 11/09/2020]

Old Army tank near local national guard headquarters and airport. It sits by itself in the middle of a large grass lawn, pointed toward the end of the runway. Climb the tank, watch the planes. Fun place to stop for a snack.

Most tanks on outdoor display are crammed into small parks or VFW lawns. This one has plenty of room for field maneuvers.
