Drive northeast of downtown on E. 7th St. until it ends. Jog right then left onto Stadium Drive/Winkler Drive. You'll pass a dead-end street on the left, the road bends right, and you'll see the tree ahead on the right. A residential neighborhood, but the tree is open to the public.
Tree Carved into Pliers

Carved in Nov. 2020 by the grandson of Ernest "Mooney" Warther, who was known for his pliers-carving prowess. Three interconnected pliers form a seat, and visitors can sit in the middle for photos.
