Community of Flags
This was an awesome stop on a long day trip and right by the gas station for a quick and easy fill up. I went on a beautiful day and the flags were a-blowin! Only thing that was upsetting is that if there's a certain flag you want to photograph on the side, you won't be able to get a good picture of it -- because the path drops off and is next to a residential home.

The flags are hard to photograph late in the day because the only good place to stand is facing west.

GREAT quick diversion for a 5 year old on a long drive to Yellowstone NP. Flag Community Store is closed on Sunday.
[Brad Snyder, 06/06/2010]Just a mile or two off Interstate 80, you'll find a small town known for its big flag display. It's worth the drive to stop and see, especially on a day when the flags are blowing in the wind. There are very few restaurants to stop a grab a bite to eat, but there is a Community of Flags Store in which you can buy anything flag-related, or visit one of the consignment-type stalls to grab a cheap book or something you didn't even know you needed before hitting the road again.
[Merrie Randell, 06/02/2009]Has all 50 state flags in the Union and from other countries in the world. It's very inspiring to see and photograph. Down the street is a small gift shop selling stuff -- anything to do with the Community of Flags (T-shirts, stickers, books, flags) and garage sale items. Town is a nice place.
