Mysterious steel monolith was one of several that appeared at the tail end of 2020. The others were quickly taken down, but this one is anchored in 720 pounds of concrete.

- Park in the small, dirt Stadium Park Trailhead lot at the corner of Capistrano Ave. and Hospital Drive, then walk the switchback trail to the top of Pine Mountain and the monolith.

This is a steel monolith similar to one that was discovered in Utah in 2020. It is on the peak of a hill just outside of downtown and requires a moderate hike. Note that this is its second iteration; the original sculpture was vandalized. Please treat the current monolith with respect.
