The Cheese-N-Bison Munchables store may be permanently closed. The statues are still on location: a large bison statue, a giant mouse, and a tiny cow. There used to be a bison herd within sight of the road, but for the last 4-5 years I have not seen a live bison on the property.

Eichten's Hidden Acres specializes in Cheese and Bison products. The large friendly-looking Eichten's mouse (roughly 12 ft. tall) munches a bite from its 5 ft. tall cheese wheel and beckons travelers to peruse the cheese and bison products arrayed inside their nearby store.
