- East edge of the city. From US-90, just west of the Biloxi Bay Bridge, turn north at the stoplight onto Myrtle St. Drive one block. Turn right onto E. 1st St. Drive one block. You'll see the statue and u-boat on the right, on the grounds outside the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum.
