North of downtown, two blocks east of the University of Cincinnati campus, on the east side of Short Vine St. between E. Charlton and E. Daniels Sts.

Tiffany is correct; this Bearcat is missing, too. The attached photo shows the plaza in front of the bank where it should be, but isn't. I walked up and down those two blocks of Short Vine St. and didn't see it. Wherever it has gone, it's not nearby.

The statue is no longer there. Do not know the story of why it was removed.

You're probably referring to the other statue. It's confusing -- Cincinnati has two different Bearcat statues in two different places. The normal one has been removed until 2025 for campus construction. This one, the weird one, is still standing.
