This eclectic Mexican Restaurant looks like Santa's second home -- and the food tastes good, too. The restaurant is usually decorated from October to March, from the ceiling to the floor, with Christmas lights, garland, tinsel, and Christmas trees. However, they kept it up all last year! Imagine a sweltering hot day in Texas while enjoying a margarita and cheese enchiladas in a cheery Christmas-theme restaurant. We had the simple cheese enchilada plate with rice and beans for less than $10! Call ahead to make sure it's still decorated like Christmas.
