Presidio Fort Ruins

The fort ruins have ample parking, clean bathrooms, lots of picnic tables, and beautiful spaces for resting by the San Saba River. There are well-designed information plaques and photos of the history of the area. Definitely a great, quiet place to break on a road trip, or a beautiful location for a special event.
