Vega, Texas: 1924 Restored Gas Station

Promoted as a Route 66 attraction, this station was built two years before the Mother Road came into existence.

105 S. Main St., Vega, TX
Exit I-40 onto Route 66 in Vega (exits 35 or 37), drive into town, then turn north at the blinker light onto Main St. Drive three blocks. You'll see the gas station on the right, at the corner of Coke St.
